This Easter weekend, club Rugby fans will be able to get their Rugby fix virtually, as the Hospital Challenge Cup V competition continues with two special exhibition matches.

With this weekend set to be a bye in the regular Hospital Challenge Cup, we went to one of the new virtual competition’s top gamers from the first three rounds, Nick Dawes, and asked him to come up with his own Queensland Premier Rugby XV, made up of the best players from the competition.

We also asked Nick Chapman from Norths, a former member of the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) Men’s Sevens Academy, to come up with a Queensland Premier Rugby Sevens side.

The two Premier Rugby representative teams will be going head-to-head with the St.George Queensland Reds and Aussie 7s, with two of the Lucas brothers, Isaac and Tom, representing the Reds and Aussie 7s retrospectively.

The broadcast will kick off at 3:20pm, and fans can tune in via the Queensland Premier Rugby Facebook page, Reds.Rugby website or click here to subscribe to the Queensland Premier Rugby Twitch account.
